Store Manager
Rentcash is a publicly traded company that operates under three banners: The Cash
Store, Instaloans, and Insta-rent. These companies deal in rent-to-own services and
short-term cash advances, and have 1800 employees across Canada and over 420
hundred stores.
This role will operate and maintain store operations which will ensure excellent customer
service and maximizes customer growth by following company guidelines and by
fostering cooperative spirit through teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Effectively recruit, interview, select, motivate, coach, manage and retain

Manage, ensure and report on financial results
•
Monitor the administration and collection practices
•
Qualifications:
Prior experience at a management or supervisory level
•
Post secondary business diploma/certificate or equivalent business experience
•
Prior experience in a similar industry preferred
•
Strong customer service and sales skills
•
Outstanding people skills
•
Exceptional organizational skills
•
Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
•
Self-motivated and self-directed
•
Problem solving experience
