Customer Service Representative
Rentcash is a publicly traded company that operates under three banners: The Cash
Store, Instaloans, and Insta-rent. These companies deal in rent-to-own services and
short-term cash advances, and have 1800 employees across Canada and over 420
hundred stores.
This role will exceed customer’s expectations by providing excellent customer service
and maximize customer growth by following company guidelines and fostering
cooperative spirit through teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service

Interview applicants for loans
•
Research and evaluate loan applicant’s financial status, references, credit and

risk
Determine eligibility of application
•
Complete and submit credit and loan documentation
•
Promote sale of credit and loan services
•
Manage past due accounts
•
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and sales skills
•
Outstanding people skills
•
Prior experience in a similar industry
•
Exceptional organizational skills
•
Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone
•
Self-motivated and self-directed
•
Problem solving experience
