We are looking for a socially connected and aware individual, who believes in the importance of sharing his/her technical understanding to join our Winnipeg team. You will act as a technical mentor, senior project manager and client relationship manager. Be involved in the strategic planning and business development within the structural discipline. In addition, you will work closely with project teams on a variety of single and multi-discipline assignments.

Applicants must have over 10 years experience in the design of commercial, industrial, and institutional (private/public) buildings. Experience conducting construction reviews, and report writing, and demonstration of strong written and verbal communication skills (English) is required. Experience in masonry, wood, concrete, and steel structures is required. Candidates must have P.Eng. status in Alberta or another provincial association.
