We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Edmonton team. The position offers the opportunity to have a key role in our Earth Sciences Division.

Our Earth Sciences Division specializes in environmental investigations; settlement evaluations; pavement evaluation; construction monitoring and material testing/quality control. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collecting and analyzing geotechnical data
  • Mentoring junior staff
  • Communicating with clients and subconsultants
  • Scheduling and managing projects to be on budget and on time
  • Geotechnicial and Environmental Investigation reports

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably in the consulting industry. Candidates must be willing to work in the field as well as the office and be eligible for registration as a professional Engineer with APEGGA. The successf ul candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and project management skills.
