POSITION SUMMARY

CCS Corporation is currently looking for a part-time Receptionist/Office Administrator in our Calgary office.


This position will be responsible for customer service as it pertains to the Reception desk. As well it will be responsible for general office administrative duties including: couriers, catering, internal contact lists, off site storage lists/retrievals, calendar bookings for boardrooms and A/V equipment, and other duties as required. The Receptionist also provides back up to the Mail Room position and the Travel Desk when necessary.


Your strengths include customer service, administration, intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills, strong verbal / written communication skills, ability to work as team player, impeccable attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize and a strong willingness to learn.
