Reporting to the Manager, Asset Rationalization, the responsibilities of the Agreements Administrator include, but are not limited to the following:
· Responsible for receiving all AFEs and load/upload into the AFE system;
· Maintain AFE log and updates in Project Tracker;
· Set up working interest percentages and the correct overhead for each AFE;
· Co-ordinate internal and external AFE approvals;
· Activate AFEs upon partners' approval;
· Photocopy AFEs for filing;
· Complete Exhibit updates for JV Agreements; and
· Maintain Unit files In QBLM.
The ideal candidate will have completed a Grade 12 High School Diploma coupled with one to two years' Oil & Gas industry experience, preferably in an operations environment. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications is required. Familiarity with Joint Venture Accounting would be a definite asset. The successful candidate must possess strong communication, organizational and team skills complemented with a strong work ethic.
