In this entry level position, you will provide technical and administrative support primarily for the technicians and technologists within the Southern Alberta Exploration group. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
?Filing; ?Copying logs; ?Maintaining and updating log files; ?Updating Land Sales; ?Scanning data; ?Ordering information from Government databases; ?Copying and distributing reports; and ?Assisting with various administrative duties and special projects as required.
No experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided. Candidates must be flexible and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Showing a high commitment to learning, candidates are able to follow instructions closely in addition to having the confidence to ask questions when necessary. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational and team skills with a positive attitude towards a high volume of work while successfully managing multiple deadlines.
