Scope: As an Analyst, Enterprise One on the Horizon Oil Sands Team you will have the opportunity to be a part of a world class organization. You will be the liaison between the Supply Management end users to the EnterpriseOne Support team and members of the Project Control team as well as the other business units on our site. You will be working with other business units and upper management and you will report to the Lead, Enterprise One Analyst. You will have an opportunity to advance within our organization. You will report to the Lead, Enterprise One Analyst and your desire to provide system application support and business information analysis to members of the Supply Management Team will be highly regarded.
Specific Accountabilities:
⢠To provide general end user support for the Supply Management applications. This includes maintaining the Supply Management data, designing and running reports, relating the EnterpriseOne system to the Supply Management Policies and Procedures and coordinating training and access requirements. ⢠You will be the liaison between the Supply Management end users to the EnterpriseOne Support team and members of the Project Control team. ⢠You will work closely with Contract Administration to support the administration of contracts and purchase orders. This includes relating Supply Management Policies and Procedures into EnterpriseOne procedures for changes, amendments and minor contracts and purchase orders. ⢠Supporting Supply Management applications (Requisitions, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Change Management and Blanket Orders). ⢠Investigating and resolving data integrity issues. ⢠Using business processes and technical functionality of EnterpriseOne to analyze and provide solution to Supply Managementâs daily needs for contract management. ⢠Defining the Business need for Supply Management reports and forms and coordinating with the EnterpriseOne Support team for implementation. ⢠Identifying technical changes to the applications or setup. ⢠Assisting in the development and testing of future modifications. ⢠Training of Business area SuperUsers. ⢠Performing Account Code Changes and other system data setup. ⢠Addressing printing issues for EnterpriseOne. ⢠Coordinating EnterpriseOne training and access requirements. ⢠Assisting in the completion of the minor contracts and purchase orders within the guidelines of the Supply Management Policies and Procedures. ⢠Identifying and develop reports to assist business analysis and decision-making. ⢠For individuals who demonstrate related interest and aptitude, progression will be considered from this role into Contract Administration.

⢠Strong excel skills are required and knowledge of Remedy is an asset. ⢠Attention to detail ⢠Strong work ethic ⢠Team player
Educational Requirements:
⢠Post-Secondary Education in a relevant designation desired. ⢠1-2 years of relevant work experience an asset.

This position is based on our Horizon Site located 70kms north of the city of Fort McMurray.
