Reporting to the District Superintendent, the Administrative Supervisor will manage the Accounts Payable, Field and Office Administrative staff that support the operation of the two Southern Production Districts. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Provide direction and guidance to A/P staff, office and field administrators as required; •Review property financial reports, identify inaccuracies and initiate corrections; •Support staff to attain the goals set by the Districts’ management; •Promote a more cost effective and time well managed environment; •Assist Foremen and Superintendents with any requirements they might have; •Cultivate the skills of the employees, understand and help them to achieve their potential; •Provide performance feedback, through evaluations, to team members; and •Some travel is required.
The successful candidate will have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, EnterpriseOne and AFE Navigator. Preference will be given to those who have completed, or are working to complete, all levels of CAPPA. Candidates will be innovative and receptive to new ideas. The ability to accept and adapt to ever-changing conditions is necessary. Interpersonal communication and organizational skills within a team environment will increase effectiveness.
