Description of AccountabilityReporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you will be responsible to provide leadership and advice to the Business Units in strategic human resource management; including employee engagement & development, progressive labour relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, compensation planning, training needs analysis and recruitment. This position works closely with a team ofhuman resources professionals onsite as well as specialty HR groups from our Corporate Office. It is a fast-paced growth business where your HR skills are in critical need.We are committed to developing your HR skills for career advancement in our business.Experience and Education RequirementsQualified candidates will possess a university degree, complemented by 4 or more years of generalist experience in human resources management with HR generalist and labour relations skill sets. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, along with the ability to be a creative thinker, as well as decisive, proactive and a results-oriented team player.
