Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As a member of the executive leadership team, the CFO shares in the responsibility for, and in the financial success of, the performance of the Corporation. The CFO ensures that each of the business units is returning the maximum value to the corporation while maintaining acceptable risk and long term growth. More specifically, the CFO oversees an excellent team, and is responsible for a full breadth of corporate services including, but not limited to the finance, accounting, credit, traffic, information technology, administration, and human resource functions for the Yanke Group of Companies.
A seasoned designated accountant, your journey has included the management of significant capital assets, and strategic decision-support in such realms as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and/or divestitures. You have already played a key executive role in a corporation that has achieved significant growth and eminence, but perhaps are looking for further hands on opportunity to have a pivotal role in the global growth and success of this diverse organization. Ideally you are knowledgeable of some facet of the multimodal transportation industry and have been recognized for your ability to provide strategic counsel in competitive markets to derive shareholder value. You have the fortitude to take strong and informed positions, the intuitive skills to see before knowing, an obsession with effective business processes, and a passion for business that is infectious amongst those who have come to know you and look for opportunities to once again work with you.
