PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Good working knowledge of the SMART program.

• Responsible for the day-to-day hands on operations of wells, compressors, and all related equipment.
• Operate wells, compressors and equipment in a manner that maximizes production and minimizes operating costs.
• Ensure that well tests are conducted and gas samples obtained for analysis.
• Coordinate outside services and provide direction as required.
• Supervise contract personnel in the completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform hazard assessments and permitting of crews.
• Basic optimization of wells and production.
• Maintain good housekeeping standard on all assigned wells and facilities.
• Ensure all sites are compliant with ERCB and OH&S regulations.
• Troubleshooting of problem wells, working with Rig Tech from time to time.
