Manager of Business Development

The Manager of Business Development provides strategic perspective, business understanding and analytics to the Pandemic executive team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a rapidly evolving environment. Primary Responsibilities:
Key member of the Pandemic business development team, responsible for defining, analyzing and recommending opportunities to grow Pandemic revenue and intellectual property footprint, including alternative business models, partnerships and ancillary product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business development, marketing and game development) to gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations on strategic priorities.
Work with Pandemic leadership to define and launch new business initiatives, including the creation and delivery of presentations to drive decision making and building the roadmap for execution.
Required:
Superior Microsoft Excel modeling, Microsoft PowerPoint and database skills.
Previous experience at developing executive-level presentations from detailed data metrics and analysis.
Superior problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and proven ability to communicate with executive teams.
Genuine interest in financial analysis.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail on every project.
Works well independently but will seek direction when necessary.
Team player that can manage consensus building.
Wants evolving and expanding responsibilities, demonstrated by increased responsibility and independence in prior roles.
