Description of AccountabilityReporting to the Extraction Operations Training Supervisor, the Training Coordinator's responsibilities include:Designing, developing and delivering classroom and field training for the Extraction business unitConducting task inventory review and training needs analysis for all positionsConducting field evaluations of employee trainingDeveloping and assisting with stewarding to operations annual training plan.Maintaining training progress and shift training filesEvaluating employee training performancesLiaising with EH&S to develop and maintain training curriculum for the Stewardship of JTZExperience and Education RequirementsSenior Extraction Operations experience is preferred.Consideration will be given to candidates with Process Operations or Mineral Processing experienceDegree/Diploma/Certificate in Education/Adult Training is desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office software and SAP would be considered an asset
