Description of AccountabilityReporting to the Site Manager, the Administrative Assistant will be accountable for the following:
-Providing general office and administrative services, including correspondence, reception, filing, maildelivery, courier services, records management, booking meetings, taking minutes and arranging specialevents.
-Coordinating and planning office facilities, supply orders and equipment.
-Preparing and maintaining a broad range of documents, databases, and presentation materials.
-Learn departmental systems/processes/procedures to provide back up for other departmental roles asrequired.Knowledge, Skills and Experience-High School Diploma or GED supplemented with an Office Administration Certificate/Diploma.
-2+ years experience in increasingly responsible administrative roles.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
-Familiarity with EPC documents typical of large scale Project would be a definite asset.
-Requires excellent communication, administration, organizational, priority management, interpersonal,teamwork, and organizational skills.
-Must be proactive, flexible and capable of handling several tasks concurrently with attention to detail.
