POSITION SUMMARY
MAIN ROLE
You coordinate and lead the implementation, training, communication and roll-out of Livelink and CERLL in Major Projects and other business units.You also ensure that Livelink and CERLL is consistently implemented across all Major Projects, including required training and orientation.You support implementation of Livelink and CERLL across other business units and act as a Super User.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain process map for Livelink and CERLL.Develop a communication plan for Livelink and CERLL.Communicate and roll-out changes/enhancements to Livelink and CERLL.Develop and maintain training curriculum and training material for Livelink and CERLL.Provide training to Major Projects including Introduction to Livelink, Livelink Document Management and Engineering Records Lifecycle (CERLL) and maintain training log.Assist in the enhancement and further development of Livelink and related initiatives in major projects, including new technologies and best practices for document and records management.Provide input to the MPG document management plan as it relates to Livelink and CERLL.Assist in the development and updating of the Suncor Series 0100 relating to Livelink and CERLL.Assist in the development and updating of the MPG Standards and procedures relating to Livelink and CERLL.Maintain and update work practices and Quick Reference Guides (QRG’s) for CERLL, including Tips and Tricks.Act as a Super User for Livelink and CERLL.Interface with Change Management as required.Evaluate training and training documentation for effectiveness.Support Livelink and CERLL implementation in other business units.Support/participate in external audits of Livelink and CERLL implementation on Major Projects as required.Identify and support continuous improvement.Represent Suncor in Livelink and Records Management associations.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEVery strong hands-on working knowledge of Suncor Livelink and CERLL and related standards, systems and practices.High School/Technical Diploma and related courses and a minimum of 7 years of experience or university degree with 5 years of experience.Strong self starter and able to work with minimal supervision.Good team and interpersonal skills.Superior communication, administration and organizational skills.Ability to evaluate Livelink status and implementation across multiple locations.Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently in different environments and locations with different CERLL implementation, standards and processes.Previous experience as a trainer is an asset.
