As Marketing Analyst, you are responsible for querying, analyzing and reporting from our marketing database and making recommendations for direct marketing and research as well as contributing to developing strategies to drive member-owner growth, profitability and loyalty. In addition, you will also be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the marketing database, including systems testing, building reports, reporting analysis, support planning, execution and measurement of marketing initiatives. Other tasks include working within a newly defined Customer Relationship Management environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or Computer Science/Information Systems is required
• Strong working knowledge of marketing concepts, including market research, database marketing and direct mail
• An appropriate balance between technical skills, marketing knowledge and financial services experience would be considered an asset
• Superior interpersonal skills and willingness to participate as a team player with a commitment to professionalism
• Highly skilled in written and verbal communication
• Must have tenacious problem-solving ability with very strong attention to detail
• Eagerness and enthusiasm for learning
• Proven organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multi task environment
• Strong working knowledge in MS Word, Access and Excel, with a commitment to learning additional software programs as required
• SQL experience is considered an asset
