POSITION SUMMARY

CCS is currently looking for a full-time permanent Human Resources Advisor in our Calgary office.


This HR generalist role functions as a member of the Midstream Services HR team to develop and execute human resources programs and policies that align with organizational goals, objectives and strategies, and ensure the consistent and fair application through out the organization. The HR Advisor is responsible for the provision of a variety of HR programs and services including: employee relations, recruitment, employee development, compensation & organizational effectiveness.


As our ideal candidate you have a University Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a HR role. You possess strong working knowledge in employee relations, training and development, have excellent multi-tasking skills, computer skills and a team focus approach; a CHRP designation would be preferred.
