Position Purpose:Provide performance analysis and planning support to our Business Integration group.Additional responsibilities include:Liaising with our Corporate Finance group on cost reporting and month end analysis.The overseeing of the preparation and presentation of Stewardship and Performance Analysis reports for the Senior Management Group.Performing advanced studies and performance analyses to track functional progress towards functional maturity, targets and benefits realization.As the successful candidate you:Hold a University Degree with a minimum 8+ years work experience, finance or accounting designation is preferred.Have a track record of taking sound decisive action, utilizing your provenanalytical skills and experience in traditional performance analysis (operational & financial) and your creative approach to problem solving.Have excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels in the organization.
Are a strategic thinker with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and are able to manage multiple projects and deliverables, using your sound judgement to set priorities aligned with overall business objectives.
Have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an asset.
