Reporting to the Manager, Joint Venture Agreements, the responsibilities of the Agreements Administrator include, but are not limited to the following: •Responsible for receiving all AFEs and load/upload into the AFE system; •Set up working interest percentages and the correct overhead for each AFE; •Co-ordinate internal and external AFE approvals; •Activate AFEs upon partners' approval; •Photocopy AFEs for filing; •Complete Exhibit updates for JV Agreements; •Maintain Unit files In QBLM; and •Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have completed a Grade 12 High School Diploma coupled with one to two years' Oil & Gas industry experience, preferably in an operations environment. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications is required, as well as familiarity with Joint Venture Accounting. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and team skills complemented with a strong work ethic.
