POSITION SUMMARY
Reynolds and Reynolds is a market leader in delivering information technology, software solutions and professional services including business document solutions to automotive retailers and automakers.

We create innovative solutions that connect car companies, retailers and consumers, with applications to manage sales and service programs, loyalty programs and procurement systems. As well, we provide a range of technology services from consulting and design to integration and training. Our Canadian operation has been growing for over 40 years, and we are looking to add to our award-winning team in the Alberta.

Responsibilities:
• Assists existing account managers while learning overall sales responsibilities, accounts, territories and solutions offered within the integrated document solutions business.
• Sells Reynolds and Reynolds products and services to existing customer base while at the same time developing new customers.
• Develops and maintains customer and sales information records, provides customer service and resolves customer issues.
• Maintains and increases personal knowledge of applicable product applications via training, documentation and self-study.
• Lends expertise and input to cross-functional team initiatives.
• Performs all administrative and related functions as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, College Diploma or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years sales experience required
• Enthusiasm, commitment, adaptability, and self-motivation with a drive for results
• Excellent communication skills, organized and personable
• This position will require at least 60% travel, so an excellent driving record is essential.
