Grande Cache Coal Corporation (GCCC) is a sustainable, long-term mining operation producing premium, low volatile, metallurgical coking coal for export to the world steel industry. We have both underground and open pit mining operations. Our mine site is 20 kilometres north of the Town of Grande Cache (www.grandecache.ca), a community of 4000 located in the Rocky Mountain Foothills of west-central Alberta. Mining Technician
Grande Cache Coal Corporation (GCCC) is seeking a motivated and safety-committed Mining Technician.
Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will be involved with and responsible for underground surveying, ventilation measurements, collecting samples and maintaining databases. You should be computer literate with the Windows suite of programs as well as have background with mining software.
You must have a Mining Technician Diploma and related experience would be an asset.
