HAZCO Environmental Services is an environmental contractor specializing in environmental construction, remediation, waste management and demolition services. We are a fast-paced, dynamic workplace whose comprehensive services are backed by corporate infrastructure, dedicated personnel, extensive project experience and specialized equipment assets. Due to continued growth we are currently looking for Field Technician staff to join our expanding team in Calgary. This position is responsible for assisting the sales staff with fulfilling the needs of the client by providing support in both sales and projects. The purpose of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction in the field.
Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

Set up new facilities with required supplies

Deliver supplies to existing customers and review needs

Inventory and identify miscellaneous waste inventories including labelling containers, indentifying contents of containers, completing inventory sheets, reviewing and submitting inventories for pricing, and assisting with pickups

Pick up full drums, bags, etc.

Serve as HAZCO's onsite representative for projects
With a post-secondary education relating to chemistry or environmental hazardous waste management, your strengths include organizational and administration skills including strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong verbal/written communication skills, ability to work as team player, impeccable attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize and a strong willingness to learn. Experience in waste management and regulatory knowledge of the industry would be an asset.
