POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities for the most part will be restricted to the assigned Plant Planning area. However there may be times when job rotation between the areas will take place to ensure consistent coverage for vacation and other absences Support area tasks necessary to support Overall Plant Shutdown / Outage / Turnaround planning and scheduling activities Provide assistance to the Planner with JDE related Maintenance Work Order Transactions, which may include but is not limited to WO creation, updates of WO type, priority or date and/or addition of task steps. Receive completed WO packages and trace missing data with crafts and/or leads to enable update of JDE with repair history information with accurate status and dates. Run various JDE / Business Objects or other reports which assist with planning and scheduling activities as may be required or requested such as back log, schedules or parts receiving reports. Assist in preparation of work order packages by gathering, printing and consolidating documents as may be required to execute maintenance work as per the area scheduler Assist the Maintenance Team leader with the preparation of manpower resource reports for hand over to the area planner. Ensure ASE Employee time sheets are inputted into system.


Requirements:

You must have legal authorization to work in Canada for any one another than current employer. Required language(s): English. Applicants must be willing to work in Fort McMurray. A minimum of Grade 12 with 3-5 years of related experience in a planning and / or maintenance environment Strong computer systems skills and demonstrated proficiency with a large ERP system as well as prior experience managing data with Microsoft Office Software – specifically Project, Excel and word is a must Must be a self starter able to effectively manage their work load with little or no supervision Must be well organized with good communication, time management and interpersonal skills Experience working in a team environment
