Description
The Product Support Manager is responsible for the supervision and scheduling of service technicians and parts personnel, and handling customer service requests. The position will establish and maintain good customer relations and maintain parts inventories and turnover levels within defined guidelines. The ability to increase parts and service revenue and work closely with the whole goods department is required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience supervising people in a working environment with demonstrated ability to create a team atmosphere. Computer literacy and a good understanding of parts and service financial statements are required. A mechanical background would be a definite asset.
