Familiarize themselves with the intended scope of work, schedule and manpower requirements; Take an integral part in site mobilization and organize where required site amenities (Lunch trailers, wash-cars, tool cribs, temporary power, lay-downs etc.);Hire field personnel and set up supervisory chain of command (General Foremen, Foremen, Workers); Ensure safety compliance through line management and act as a safety role model; Set up required field level meetings (Weekly and daily safety meetings, daily co-ordination meetings, critical lift meetings, etc); Support and utilize "Workface Planning" through standardized in-house programs (Three week look-ahead); Report daily to the Project Manager or direct supervisor on all field concerns and progress; Co-ordinate their time to attend any meetings required by upper management.; Liaison between different trade groups and sub-contractors on construction completion, organize and facilitate the demobilization of equipment, personnel and excess material.; Assure and assist with the co-ordination between field personnel and QC personnel with regards to turn over documentation. (Red-lines, as-builts, weld mapping, RFI's, etc.)

Experience:Experience in specific multi-disciplined field construction supervisory required; · Proven track record with a high emphasis on Safety; · Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and oral; · Proven organizational skills in order to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work environment; · Experience working in an isolated environment is a definite asset;
