Responsibilities:

Promote active safety awareness in team. Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE requirement. Assistance in preparing weekly plan for Major Mine Equipment, Mine Support Equipment, Site Auxiliary Equipment, Light Vehicles including all Pickups/SUV’s: Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management System (J D Edwards) for Major Mine Equipment, Mine Support Equipment, Site Auxiliary Equipment, Light Vehicles including all Pickups/SUV’s Mobile equipment data entry in CMMS (hour meter, time entry, safety info, safety statistics) Ensure proper history is captured in JDE work orders Ensure proper closeouts of maintenance work orders in J D Edwards. Coordinate for arranging resources for job execution Provide direction and schedule to contractor(s) regarding equipment and vehicle maintenance requirements. Assistance in development of annual maintenance budget Preparation and information gathering for team meetings


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Schooling (16-18): High/Pre-U/A-Level in any field. Applicants must be willing to work in Fort McMurray. Applicants should have work authorization(s) for Canada Preferably specializing in Business Administration - Business Administration & Support or equivalent. Full-Time positions available. Self Starter Professional and Courteous motivated and organized
