Experience: Minimum Requirements8 - 12 years of stretching developmental work experience, ideally within the oil/gas processing industry in the Middle EastJob ScopeThe role holder typically reports to the Head of a division which provides analytically-focussed business process support solutions to internal "clients" and/or data management services to "client" and the parent functional department. There will also usually be a strong emphasis on ongoing improvement and maintenance support. The role may supervise staff in more junior analyst or technical support roles. The key role contribution is to provide either the principal focus of analytical support for particular major "client" business functions or to provide "client" and the department with specialized support services. In either situation consultation with, and guidence from, Level Four roles will be required in such areas such as project definition, budgeting and resourcing or the development and maintenance of ongoing support services, although specific project or service accountability will usually be delegated to this Level. The role holder requires sufficient and current creditibility and satisfaction while also needing to demontrate analytical problem solving, relationship and project/service supervisory competencies at a substantial if not determinative level.
