Ledcor’s Industrial Group is responsible for handling all aspects of heavy industrial construction across a range of sectors, including Energy, Forestry, Mining, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Oilsands work. Services include site development, civil / concrete, structural steel, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, commissioning & start up assistance.
Ledcor Industrial is seeking Pipefitters / Steamfitters, both Journeyman and Apprentices, for its Nisku Module Yard.
This is a local position, and no living out allowance is provided.
- Shifts will likely be 10 hours, 5 days per week
- Overtime rate 1.5x
- Journeyman Base rate $36.11
- Site Safety bonuses
- 10% vacation and stat pay
- 5% RSP contribution
Responsibilities
- Fitting steel and alloy
- Bolt up
- Hydrotesting
- Rigging
- Materials handling
- Interpreting Blueprints and ISO drawings
Requirements
- Journeymen require Interprovincial Red Seal in the Pipefitting Trade
- Additional Safety Tickets are an asset
