Ledcor’s Civil Mining and Infrastructure (CMI) group is seeking a Project Coorindator for a future opportunity based in western Washington.Working with the project team, the Project Coordinator assist operations staff in all aspects of the public infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Track and coordinate project milestones and financial deadlines Ensure quality requirements surpassed throughout the project Ensure adherance to Sustainability initiative throughout the project Assist with the tendering and awarding of subcontracted work or supply of materials Assist in the review of subcontract documents and subcontract inquiries Submit change requests to the owner/consultant for approval Coordinate and manage all project documentation including change orders, RFIs, progress reports
Requirements
Civil Engineering or Construction Management Diploma or Degree or equivalent 3-5 years relevant industry experience Public works contracts experience required Superior communication and organizational skills Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, HCSS, P3/P5
Work Conditions
Must be willing to relocate within western Washington. Rotational site based position.
