POSITION SUMMARY
Ledcor's Civil Mining and Infrastructure (CMI) group is seeking a Project Manager for a future opportunity based within western Washington. Working as part of the project team, the Project Manager will coordinate the costing process on Infrastructure projects such as roads or bridges.


Responsibilities
As the Project Manager you will: Identify the most cost effective methods Ensures quality requirements surpassed throughout the project Ongoing adherance to Sustainability initiative throughout the project Perform conceptual estimating from preliminary drawings through to final cost analysis Communicating with sub- trades to ensure the understanding of scope of work Keeps lines of communication open and effective among all project stakeholders Preparation or coordination of quantity take-offs Reports to Operations Manager and owner on relevant information to completion of project Provides strong leadership to construction team members, capitalizing on individual and group strengths Ensures that site safety and environmental standards pertaining to job site activities are met or exceeded Develops and implements project plans Generates new solutions to overall project problems


Requirements
The succesful candidate will have: Civil Engineering Degree, Construction Management Degree or equivalent A minimum of 5 years in Infrastructure projects as a Project Manager or in a similar direct managerial/supervisory role Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage changing priotities within multiple phase projects and possess a track record of successfully managing large, complex projects Excellent computer skills will be required including familiarity with Microsoft Office, HCSS, P3/P5 and JDE


Work Conditions
Must be willing to relocate within western Washington. Rotational site based position
