POSITION SUMMARY
Ledcor’s Civil Mining and Infrastructure (CMI) group is seeking a Project Superintendent for a future opportunity based in western Washington. Working with the project team, the Project Superintendent will manage subcontractors and construction schedules on the public infrastructure and earthwork projects.


Responsibilities
As the Project Superintendent you will: Review, maintain and update the construction schedule and ensure milestone and completion dates are met Ensure company vehicles and equipment on the project are properly cared for, kept in good working order and appropriately deployed while on the job site. In consultation with the Project Manager/Operations Manager, manage hourly employees as required to complete the project. Review and approve all Labour, equipment and materials (LEM's) cost assignments daily Prepare field change orders to be signed by project owner or representative when requested Maintain a daily log Ensure quality requirements surpassed throughout the project Ensure adherance to Sustainability initiative throughout the project


Requirements
The succesful candidate will have: Previous experience as a Project Superintendent or similar direct supervisory role or Construction experience combined with education Building Technology or Engineering Public works contracts experience required Superior communication and organizational skills Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Office, JD Edwards, HCSS, P3/P5


Work Conditions
Must be willing to relocate within Washington. Rotational site based position.
