Ledcor's Construction Division is seeking a Receptionist for our Kelowna Branch Office.
Responsibilities
Reception is the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls to the office. Specific responsibilities include:
- Distribute and process all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- Ongoing maintenance of office equipment.
- Provide administrative support and distribute drawings for estimating department.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have one to two years related experience.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience on a busy multi-line switchboard.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Well organized team player with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
