POSITION SUMMARY

Ledcor's Construction Division is seeking a Receptionist for our Kelowna Branch Office.

Responsibilities

Reception is the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls to the office. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Distribute and process all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Ongoing maintenance of office equipment.
  • Provide administrative support and distribute drawings for estimating department.
  • Other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will have one to two years related experience.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience on a busy multi-line switchboard.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Well organized team player with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
