Ledcor's Technical Division (LTS Solutions Ltd) is seeking multi-service, self-motivated Technicians in the Installation and Repair field of services. Multiple positions with a variety of work schedules are available in Vancouver and various other BC locations. LTS Solutions Ltd is a leader in providing telecommunication support services across North America. We specialize in providing maintenance, engineering and emergency restoration support to major telecommunication carriers across Canada and the USA.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and high quality installation.Troubleshooting and repair support for POTS, xDSL and IPTV technologies transported over fibre and copper networks. Responsible for a geographical area to complete customer orders dispatched on a daily basis.
Requirements
Self-motivated and ability to organize workloads and work with little direction. Safety conscious and ability to work with minimal supervision.Good communication skillsQuick learnerComfortable with technology and working aloft. Two - Five years of installation and repair experience.Knowledge of basic voice (POTS), data services (xDSL), IP network configuration would be an asset. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.Degree or diploma from a technical college. Maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract annually. This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check.LTS Solutions Ltd is looking for many full time and part time resources.
