Ledcor's Commercial Construction Division is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Victoria Branch Office.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls to the office
- Set up and process correspondence and computer documents
- Coordination and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Responsible for all Xerox machines ongoing maintenance and supplies
- Liaison with all suppliers on a weekly basis
- Order all stationery supplies and maintain inventory of same
- Maintain filing for project files
- Potential to grow and take on more responsibility
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have one to two years related experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Enjoys working in a busy and friendly team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must enjoy working in a smaller busy team environment
