POSITION SUMMARY

Ledcor's Commercial Construction Division is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Victoria Branch Office.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls to the office
  • Set up and process correspondence and computer documents
  • Coordination and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Responsible for all Xerox machines ongoing maintenance and supplies
  • Liaison with all suppliers on a weekly basis
  • Order all stationery supplies and maintain inventory of same
  • Maintain filing for project files
  • Potential to grow and take on more responsibility
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will have one to two years related experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Enjoys working in a busy and friendly team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must enjoy working in a smaller busy team environment
