Scope:
The LEM Administrator will contribute to accurate recording of Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) billing processes, JD Edwards input and maintenance activities. The position requires the coordination of the electronic Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) system among Canadian Natural and the Contractors at Horizon Oil Sands.
Key Area of Contribution:
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) program • Accurate recoding and reporting of Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) for designated business units (Bitumen Production, Utilities & Services, Upgrading and Mining).
Specific Accountabilities: • Administer the electronic Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) procedures using JD Edwards • Work with other team members and Contractors to train new Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) administrators and Approvers • Assist with LEM Implementation of new contracts • Follow up on discrepancies and find resolution • Develop metrics and measures to track performance • Participate in meetings, trainings, presentation and prepare reports
Qualifications: Education and Experience: • High school diploma or GED • Proficiency with Microsoft Word (Word, Excel and Outlook) • Previous experience using Labour, Equipment and Material (LEM) software, JD Edwards software (or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system) and maintenance processes
