Ledcor's Technical Division (LTS Solutions Ltd) has immediate openings for Installation and Repair Technicians. Multiple positions are available. LTS Solutions Ltd. is a leader in providing telecommunication support services across North America. We specialize in providing maintenance, engineering and emergency restoration support to major telecommunication carriers across Canada. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• High quality installation
• Troubleshooting and repair support for POTS, ADSL and IPTV technologies transported over fibre and copper networks
• TV Services
• You will be assigned to a geographical area where you will complete customer orders dispatched on a daily basis

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to organize workloads and work independently with little direction and minimal supervision
• Safety conscious
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to learn
• Comfortable with technology
• This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check
• Maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract annually

Considered an asset:

• Two to five years of installation and repair experience
• Knowledge of basic voice (POTS), data services (sideslip), IP network configuration and troubleshooting capability
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• A degree or diploma from a technical college

Work Conditions
