Ledcor's Technical Division (LTS Solutions Ltd) is seeking multi-service, self-motivated Technicians in the Installation and Repair field of services. Multiple positions with a variety of work schedules are available in the Bonnyville area of Alberta. LTS Solutions Ltd is a leader in providing telecommunication support services across North America. We specialize in providing maintenance, engineering and emergency restoration support to major telecommunication carriers across Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and high quality installation
• Troubleshooting and repair support for POTS, xDSL and IPTV technologies transported over fibre and copper networks
• Responsible for a geographical area to complete customer orders dispatched on a daily basis

Requirements

• Self-motivated and ability to organize workloads and work with little direction
• Safety conscious and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills
• Quick learner
• Comfortable with technology and working aloft
• Two - Five years of installation and repair experience
• Knowledge of basic voice (POTS), data services (xDSL), IP network configuration would be an asset
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
• Degree or diploma from a technical college
• Maintain a valid provincial driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract annually
• This position requires the successful completion of a criminal and credit background check
